Ladies. Ever have those days when you just don't feel pretty? Maybe you didn't brush your hair, thinking the knots would give it volume. No, I'm not selling drugs. The solution is so much more legal. All it takes is a few simple steps (pun alert! wait for it...). Just get off your butt and walk somewhere! That's right, just walk. "Hold on," you're thinking, "is this just another ploy to get me to exercise?" And the answer is HELL no! This isn't about burning calories, it's about burning with confidence.
Here's the catch: you have to walk... like a supermodel.
You're probably asking yourself, "But how do I walk like I'm starving and vain?" It's easy! Try this trick: imagine that you are so confident that it makes you furious. Then start walking like you're on your way to unleash your fire-breathing pet dragons upon your inferiors (everyone). Make threatening eye contact with the people you pass, especially if they are pretty. Stop occasionally to strike a pose.
Probably at this point you will look and feel so super-model-y that someone will offer to buy you a sandwich. Because you're so skinny and angry. Enjoy your success. And your sandwich. You've earned them, ladies!
